Unfortunately FitBodyCulture we can't offer you a refund or exchange on purchase / subscription of any membership plan on FitBodyCulture. However in case if you wish to change the period of your membership plan you may do so after discussion with the Coach assigned to you. IN Case of Refund required if client can't continue the services due to Medical Urgencies then in that case the refund process & % of refund needs to be discussed with FitBodyCulture management and such situations will be dealt on case to case basis.
