For 1st 4 weeks you get once a week In-Depth calls with Ankush to help you get started and accustomed to the program and then once in 2 weeks in-depth weekly calls to discuss your progress and make corrections if needed.
Personalized Nutrition Plan: This includes diet plans designed after in-depth understanding of your lifestyle , fitness goals and challenges so that it fits in easily into your routine
Personalized Exercise Program: This includes an exercise program along with reference video of each routine with details like form, techniques, rest time, some Tips & Tricks to ensure you make no mistake during the process.
Tutorial Video Series: Valuable insights on exercise and nutrition that are presented in layman's terms, that will help you take best out of this program and makes your fitness journey easier.
Continuous Daily Support: You can reach out to Ankush on Whatsapp for your Daily queries. (Note: Sunday’s closed)
