You will also receive reference videos that provide detailed instructions on how to perform each exercise safely and effectively.     Please note that having any mandatory equipment is not required to participate in my workout sessions. It is entirely your decision to invest in equipment or sign up for a gym.     However, if you do have any equipment, I will incorporate it into your workout regimen. Alternatively, if you choose to work out at a gym, I will develop a customized workout as per equipment and space available at gym. Irrespective of equipment accessibility, Exercise plan is tailored to your fitness level, progressively challenges you, and ultimately helps you achieve your fitness goals.

    As your Fitness Coach, I am committed to providing you with continuous support throughout your training program. For the first four weeks of your program, I offer weekly in-depth calls with me to help kick start your fitness journey and provide you with the support you need.
    Following this, you will receive bi-weekly check-ins with me personally (not a manager or team member) to ensure you are progressing towards your fitness goals and to make any necessary adjustments to your training program.
    Additionally, for daily assistance, you can easily reach out to me through WhatsApp to address any questions or concerns you may have.
