Prior to each session, I'll provide a reference work out of the day so that you're well-prepared and able to follow along with ease. During the session, I'll guide you through each exercise, ensuring proper form and technique, and provide modifications if necessary.

  • What kind of workouts will we be doing?

    As a fitness expert with extensive experience, I excel in crafting customized workout plans that cater to your unique fitness goals, current fitness level, and personal preferences. Your workout routine will be entirely tailored to you, and may encompass a diverse array of exercises, including strength training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), functional training, cardiovascular exercises, cardio kickboxing, and yoga, among others. By incorporating a variety of exercises, we can maximize your results and help you achieve your fitness aspirations.

  • What kind of equipment are required in your training sessions?

    To ensure maximum convenience for my clients, I provide home-based training programs that require no equipment. My bodyweight program is designed to be engaging and effective for individuals at all levels of training experience. However, if you prefer to use equipment, I am happy to recommend suitable options considering your budget and incorporate them into your personalized training program

  • How many times a week will we be training?

    The recommended frequency of training sessions will vary depending on your specific fitness goals. In general, I suggest training with me at least 3-4 times per week to achieve optimal results. My ultimate aim is to help you improve your fitness levels to a point where you can maintain your best shape with just three workouts per week.

  • Do I need to have prior fitness experience to work with you?

    Not at all! My program is designed to be inclusive of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. I will work with you to create a plan that challenges you without pushing you beyond your limits.     As a nutrition expert, I understand the critical role of a balanced diet in achieving optimal health and fitness. However, I firmly believe that there is no universal nutrition plan that works for everyone. Instead, I prioritize developing personalized, sustainable eating habits that fit seamlessly into your daily routine and are enjoyable for you. In line with this philosophy, I avoid recommending low-calorie or crash diets, as these can yield temporary results that are not sustainable and can negatively impact your health in the long term.

  • How long are the training sessions?

    As a Fitness Coach, I typically conduct an hour-long training sessions. However, I acknowledge that during the initial stages, some clients may require additional time to perform their workouts. As such, I am flexible with regards to session duration and am willing to extend the time a little as needed. The ultimate goal is to train clients to a level where they can perform an effective workout within 45-60 minutes, which is especially beneficial for those with busy schedules. Additionally, I can also design 30-minute workouts that are equally effective for busy professionals who are really running tight on schedule.

  • What kind of support is available when I have to travel during the program?

    As a Fitness Coach, I understand that you may have to travel for work or leisure during the program. To support you in maintaining your fitness journey, I offer Live Online Personal Training sessions that allow you to continue your training while on the go. I provide you with workouts that can be done in a hotel room or outdoors, and offer eating guidelines that are easy to follow while enjoying food outside of your routine. My aim is to simplify fitness and make it an integral part of your life, without compromising on personal or social commitments. I will work with you to ensure that you don't lose the progress you've made during your travels or work, and help you maintain your fitness regime throughout the year with ease.
