  • Where do you conduct your session?

    The choice of where you want to train is entirely up to you, whether you prefer a public gym, a park or home. Regardless of your preference, my aim is to create a customized workout plan that aligns with your fitness objectives and individual capacity while also being challenging and enjoyable. If you choose to train at home or outdoors, I will get a set of equipment that will enable you to target all major muscle groups, similar to the machines available at a gym, so that you won't miss out on anything.

  • What kind of equipment do you use in your training sessions?

    During your at-home training sessions, I utilize a comprehensive range of high-quality exercise equipment, such as dumbbells, resistance bands, pull-up bands, exercise balls, TRX suspension trainers, and agility kits, to ensure that you can perform your workouts safely and effectively. Rest assured that I will bring all the necessary equipment to facilitate your training sessions. Alternatively, if you prefer to train at a gym, I will incorporate any available equipment alongside the aforementioned equipment to ensure that you receive the best possible training experience and achieve your desired results.

  • How many times a week will we be training?

    The recommended frequency of training sessions will vary depending on your specific fitness goals. In general, I suggest training with me at least 3-4 times per week to achieve optimal results. My ultimate aim is to help you improve your fitness levels to a point where you can maintain your best shape with just three workouts per week.

  • Do I need to have prior fitness experience to work with you?

    Not at all! My program is designed to be inclusive of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. I will work with you to create a plan that challenges you without pushing you beyond your limits. I understand that everyone's fitness journey is unique, and I'm committed to providing an inclusive and supportive environment where you can thrive and achieve your fitness goals.

  • Will I have to follow a strict diet plan?

    As a nutrition expert, I understand the critical role of a balanced diet in achieving optimal health and fitness. However, I firmly believe that there is no universal nutrition plan that works for everyone. Instead, I prioritize developing personalized, sustainable eating habits that fit seamlessly into your daily routine and are enjoyable for you. In line with this philosophy, I avoid recommending low-calorie or crash diets, as these can yield temporary results that are not sustainable and can negatively impact your health in the long term.

  • How long are the training sessions?

    As a Fitness Coach, I typically conduct hour-long training sessions. However, I acknowledge that during the initial stages, some clients may require additional time to perform their workouts. As such, I am flexible with regards to session duration and am willing to extend the time a little as needed. The ultimate goal is to train clients to a level where they can perform an effective workout within 45-60 minutes, which is especially beneficial for those with busy schedules. Additionally, I can also design 30-minute workouts that are equally effective for busy professionals who are really tight on schedule.

  • What kind of support is available when I have to travel during the program?

    As an In-Person Fitness Coach, I understand that you may have to travel for work or leisure during the program. To support you in maintaining your fitness journey, I offer Live Online Personal Training sessions that allow you to continue your training while on the go. I provide you with workouts that can be done in a room, and offer eating guidelines that are easy to follow while enjoying food outside of your routine. My aim is to simplify fitness and make it an integral part of your life, without compromising on personal or social commitments. I will work with you to ensure that you don't lose the progress you've made during your travels or work, and help you maintain your fitness regime throughout the year with ease.
